Check-in & Check-out Policy

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
ID Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. This applies to all adults in the booking.
Children & Extra Bed Policy
Children under 5 stay free when using existing beds. Extra beds/mattresses are available on request (subject to availability and charges).
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
Designated smoking areas are not provided outside.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed at the resort to ensure comfort and hygiene for all guests.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at check-in. We accept cash, UPI, and major digital wallets. Credit/debit card acceptance may vary — please confirm in advance.
Parking Policy
Free parking is available for guests. The resort is not liable for damage or theft of vehicles.
Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food is allowed, but please help us maintain cleanliness. Cooking inside rooms is not permitted.

Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Children must be supervised at all times
Safety & Security Policy
For guest safety, CCTV is active in common areas. Tampering with safety equipment or violating resort rules may result in removal without refund.
Use of Resort Property
Furniture, electronics, or linens should not be moved or taken outside the room. Guests will be charged for any damage or loss.
